We are looking for a dedicated onsite manger to join our team, this is a fast-paced work environment filled with friendly people.
Essential Functions
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs
Ensure all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner
Post legal action, documents and process in accordance with State and company guidelines
Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling, billing
Ensure A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, handle all funds
Perform leasing activities, schedule showing, and fill vacancies
Report any unusual activities to Regional Supervisor
Enforce the terms of rental agreements and oversee rental proceedings.

This role is an on-site manager position that requires that the employee live on-site. Are you able and willing to relocate to an apartment on the property?
