We're in search of a local hero to manage a 5-unit apartment complex right here in Moreno Valley. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is skilled in managing repairs and maintenance, either through their own handyman abilities or through a strong network of professionals. More than your experience in property management, your ability to solve problems and your proximity to Moreno Valley are what we're after.
Based on our prior experiences, this job might take 2-4 hrs a month during normal time. If someone moves out, it's more involved, but most of the tenants are long term tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly inspections of the property.
Act as the go-to person for tenant communications and concerns.
Coordinate repair and maintenance efforts efficiently, using your own skills or your network.

Must live in or very near Moreno Valley to ensure quick and responsive management of the property.
