We are a Property Management Company looking to fill an Onsite Leasing Agent and Property Manager position. Individuals and Property management teams are welcome to apply.
The Ideal candidate(s) should have 2 years of experience in property management including leasing, marketing, and collecting rents. Candidates should also have knowledge of Fair Housing Law, Contract Law, and Housing Standards. Managers that primarily have maintenance experience will also be considered.
This position is responsible for maintaining a professional office and a welcoming, quality apartment community.
Hours:
· 35+ hrs per week
Salary:
·Hourly starting between $20-$23/hr. (PLUS potential for rent credit for an apartment onsite.)
