We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Onsite Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 30 unit apartment building. Key responsibilities include tenant relations, leasing vacant units, coordinate repairs, upkeep, collect rent payments, maintain records, oversee vendors, manage move ins and move outs along with compliance and safety. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are ideal.
A couple with maintenance skills will be given special consideration but not required.
