We are a Tarps & Parts business for Semi Trucks Located in Ontario, CA looking for an office assistant. Full time.
Monday-Friday 8-4:30PM (PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST)
Job Duties include:
Answering phones
Answering emails
Filing paperwork
Create invoices for customers
Receiving payments
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Customer service and office administration experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task
Strong organization skills, people skills and attention to detail
