United Staffing is looking for 2 Technical Data Entry Specialist, experience in Manufacturing ERP System and BOM's, for one of our prestigious companies in Corona. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing group of people.
Accuracy and consistency in entering and update BOMs into the ERP system.
Work with the engineering team to verify technical details, specifications, and ensure all BOM data aligns with design and manufacturing requirements.
Assist with data migration and system updates when needed.
Track and report progress against project milestones and schedule.
Communicate effectively with Engineering to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.
Maintain organized and accurate records of BOMs and related technical data.
Ensure that all data entered is in compliance with company standards and processes.
Experience in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office programs to document and communicate progress and issues.
Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, interact effectively with the team to share issues when problems arise with data migration.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and milestones.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus, especially Epicor.
Technical experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing setting is a plus.
Understanding of engineering terminology and manufacturing processes.
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities.
