Must have 2+ consecutive/recent years administrative experience (experience in industry preferred but will train if eager to learn) basic office duties, customer service etc Position is full time M-F 830-530 in our La Verne CA office.
DESCRIPTION (including but not limited to):
M-F , 8:30 - 5:30 pm , 40 hr work week
Supporting sales team (new or existing)
Communication with inside/outside sales agents
Processing applications
Data Entry
Product Knowledge & Product Presentations
Being present in Sales Meetings
Staying up to date on industry changes or products
Generating revenue by selling or leasing equipment
Understanding or reading merchant statements
Preparing proposals and closing deals
Problem Solving
Basic office equipment (fax, copy, scan, email etc)
MUST be an organized individual, detail oriented and who can work/focus in a fast paced setting, multi-task, meet deadlines and be a team player.
Bilingual a Plus!
