The Payroll Administrative Assistant will be responsible for entering new hire and termination data into our system as well as changing existing records as requested by our employees, such as:
Direct deposit
Federal, state and local withholding
Voluntary deductions
Garnishments and child support orders
The Essential Functions of this job are:
Set-up and maintain employee records
Completing Verification of Employment forms & various requests from regulatory agencies
Entering and maintaining garnishment accounts
Assisting with scanning and filing
Assisting with shipping and packaging for payroll delivery
Provide ongoing support to the Payroll Supervisor and Team
Timecard correction data entry
Processing payroll
The perfect candidate for this job has previous experience administering employee records, High School Diploma or equivalent along with at least 4 years administrative experience are required.
This is a full time benefit eligible position.
