PURPOSE
We are looking for a professional hardworking person to join our team in La Verne, California.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
o Accounts Receivable/Payables, creating invoices and shipping labels, timely processing payments to vendors.
o Support office manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.(May include warehouse work)
o Research and reconcile all discrepancies
o Some Human Resources responsibilities
o Cross train in other departments
o Payroll
o May be asked to close some days (closing hour: 5:00P.M)
Experience in accounting is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills and Prior Experience:
Must be PC proficient and able to thrive on one’s own direction.
Experience with PC based accounting systems.
Experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
