RCR Construction, a leading fencing installation and supply company based in Riverside, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexible hours with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
Scheduling installation appointments and coordinating with crews
Light bookkeeping and data entry
Filing, document organization, and basic office upkeep
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Office or similar)
Punctual, dependable, and able to multitask
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required

Hours: Part-Time to Full-Time (flexible based on availability and need)
