As an Office Supervisor/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of Lucky Air Inc. This position involves managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, dispatching technicians to job sites, and ensuring smooth communication between our staff and clients. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Also, will be answering high volume calls with the CSR team so positive energy and exceptional communication skills is ideal. This position has a Tuesday through Saturday schedule with your days off being Sunday and Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily office operations.

Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and job sites efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries, provide information on services, and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain and update scheduling, dispatching, and customer service software.

Prepare and manage invoices, reports, and other administrative documents.

Liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery.

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management, dispatching, or a similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required
