Precise Personnel is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Human Resource Admin

Pay: DOE

Responsibilities:

Builds a strong business relationship with internal customers to include operations, support functions, and corporate.

Must be able to engage with all levels of the organization, including production hourly employees

Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

Administers human resource plans, programs, policies and procedures.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Provides training for employees regarding company policies and compliance topics, supervisor/manager development, and other subjects as identified.

Manages workers comp issues in coordination with the safety team and brings timely resolution to claims

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues with support from SHRM. Conducts effective, thorough, timely and objective investigations.

Responsible for separation processes including exit interviews, employment documents, payroll coordination and meetings as employees transition out of the company.

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of CA legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual - Spanish

Minimum 2 years of HR generalist responsibility, must have touched several of the key areas of HR supporting a business: handling employee relations, compensation decisions, recruiting and performance management

Multisite experience is a plus. In-person visits to plant sites to support the implementation of strategic HR plans, investigations, terminations and handle other HR specific needs

Must be willing to walk production floor and engage with employees proactively

‘Systems savvy’ – comfortable with use of IT in HR, and automation

Sound knowledge of US Federal and State labor laws.

Strong working knowledge of CA labor laws and practices.
