We are seeking a highly organized Construction Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our General Manager, Project Managers, and office team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist General and Project Managers with administrative tasks and scheduling.
✅ Handle filing (digital and physical), data entry, and document organization. Must be detailed oriented.
✅ Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with client and vendor communication.
✅ Order materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
✅ Help track permits, business licenses, and ensure compliance with regulations.
✅ Assist with invoices, payroll tracking, and budget documentation.
✅ Maintain subcontractor records (licenses, insurance, contracts, etc.).
✅ Schedule and track project inspections and permit approvals.
✅ Keep office supplies stocked and the workplace organized.
