Your Role Will Include:
- Crafting social media content for various platforms
- Designing visually appealing graphics to engage our audience
- Collaborating with our team to develop digital and print marketing strategies
- Using cutting edge social media tools to grow our brand
- Creation of marketing pieces to help our agents succeed.
- Working with our management and marketing team to build marketing strategies for our agents and company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design of Marketing Pieces (Flyers, Newspaper/Print Ads, Postcards, Print Media)
- Web & Social Media Work (ad campaigns, video posts, reels, google business page mgmt.)
- Graphic Design (Canva Pro & Publisher preferred)
- Customer Service & Appointment Setting
- Maintaining and Inputting of Company Agent and Data
- General Office Duties (opening or closing duties, phone answering, stuffing mailers, additional general office duties)
- Collaborate and accommodate our agents and management team to help closes transactions.
Requirements:
-Outgoing & Positive Personality with a Strong Sense of Team Work
-Computer Skills (MS Office Suite, basic printer and PC troubleshooting, social media site navigation)
- Ability to interact with multiple staff member, agents and management simultaneously while working on multiple projects.
- Evidence of strong problem solving skills including the ability to identify problems, brainstorm ideas, and develop potential solutions
- Ability to work with confidential documents/ projects
- Self Motivated
- Ability to Master New Responsibilities
- Open Flexibility…but the ideal candidate will have a 5-6 hour day M-F, anytime between 8:30am and 5pm)
- Social Media Navigation Skills
- Graphic Design Knowledge (Canva Pro, Publisher)
- Ability to Learn New Technology
