The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR is responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solution-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high level of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
· Order processing, data input, and order tracking/status inquiries.
· Make sure all data entry is accurately entered and submitted in a timely manner.
· Identify and resolve order discrepancies.
· Maintain customer relationships to service those existing accounts in the future, leading to the possibility of cross-selling opportunities.
· Processes EDI billing files and transactions
· Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to order processing.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
· Update existing data.
· Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
· Filing invoice and reports
Job Details:
Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay:$19/HR
