Job Responsibilities:
Front desk reception.
Making and Receiving Phone Calls.
Handling of mails and packages.
Assist the sales director to do preliminary work related to customer visits.
Undertake some administrative work, such as assist in purchasing office supplies, etc.
Assist in processing Issue sales invoices or receipts, ensure that the information is accurate, and provide customers with necessary shopping records and payment vouchers.
Assist in handling products storage management, use software to assist in managing and monitoring inventory status and report to the sales director in time.
Job qualifications :
Must be legal to work in the US.
Proficient in using Microsoft office.
Good communication skills in English&Chinese.
