We are a growing construction equipment and vehicle auction who is seeking an experienced DMV title clerk with knowledge of the following. Job Duties:
Process used vehicle transfers
Processing out of state title transfers
Review all documents provided by the consignors to ensure all necessary paperwork is in order for the unit to be sold in our auction.
Ability to train staff members to support DMV department after auctions to process titles transferred to new owners name.
Prior experience with online registration processing systems like AVRS or VITU is a plus.
Must have some prior DMV/title experience

Salary: DOE
Standard office hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch & 2 paid 10 minute breaks. Some required overtime & Saturday’s when we are nearing the auctions.
Must be able to travel to our 2 auction yards. More information will be provided once we review resumes and decide to move forward in the interview process.
The perfect candidate will have exceptional customer service skills as well maintain proper records for all DMV items based on the Department of Motor Vehicles requirements.
