Our client – a premier distributor for vanity tops/counter tops – is looking for a candidate to assist the CSR Team and Inventory Coordinator/Warehouse management team on a full-time basis. This candidate will be assisting with follow-ups, will-calls, orders, scheduling, and general customer service needs. This position is open because the management team asked for additional help as the company is meeting growth expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with warehouse team regarding inventory/stock
-Coordinate with office team regarding order status
-Assist with orders and ensure warehouse paperwork is up-to-date
-Front-end: customer service and assist the office manager with CSR/administrative tasks
-Write emails to follow up with customers
-Work with Windows, Word, and Excel
-Follow-up with clients to ensure proper scheduling
-Be willing to cross-train when needed
Qualifications:
-Familiar and comfortable with Word/Excel
-Familiar and comfortable with Windows
-Typing: 50 WPM with 90% accuracy (willing to be tested during interview process)
-Have an understanding of clerical/warehouse software
-Ideally 2+ years experience working in an office setting
-Strong attention to details
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
