Starshine Treatment Center Inc., a short-term residential program serving clients in San Bernardino and Highland, CA, is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinician to provide part-time supervision for our pre-licensed clinicians.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the clinical work of pre-licensed clinicians in a six-bed residential program.
Provide individual and group supervision to support professional development and ensure quality client care.
Participate in program development and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians preferred.
Strong clinical and supervisory skills with a focus on short-term residential treatment.
