United Staffing Associates has immediate openings for and experienced 3rd Shift Quality Control Inspector with good math and measuring skills, attention to detail.Great opportunity to for a growing plastic manufacturing company.
Quality Inspector- Bilingual
Perform all the required inspections on product to ensure compliance to the company’s specifications and customer requirements.
Familiar with identifying defects to plastic injection molded parts
Oversee the beginning and ending partial counts and ensure the accuracy of those counts.
Verifies labels to ensure all the correct information.
Verifies all raw materials type, lot number on gaylords, and dryers.
Must be able to read blueprints and instructions.
Perform final inspection of product being manufactured.
Must have knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges etc)
Bilingual a Plus
Must have good basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc)
IQMS ERP system would be a PLUS.
