We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring production efficiency, and meeting quality standards. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay rate: $20.00 - $24.00 DOE

Duties:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
- Set up and calibrate machinery according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or production issues
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet industry standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency
- Document production data, including equipment performance and product specifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
-two years of experience maintenance in industrial machines
-Food manufacturing experience
-Computer skills word, excel, email and work order.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with operating manufacturing equipment and tools
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
