Yard Responsibilities
Loading and unloading customers and vendors in a friendly, efficient and safe manner
Verifying orders from the office for construction and retail
Operating forklift, stocking the yard and maintaining an orderly appearance
Dust control
Accurately building loads
Maintaining an accurate written account of products and materials leaving and returning to the plant
Maintaining packaging supplies (pallets, shrink wrap, etc.)
Maintaining a stock of product samples for marketing
Securing the plant at shut down
General up-keep of the yard
Assisting the plant manager on general inventory counts and special projects
Assisting take-off crew with wrapping, labeling and shrink wrapping finished concrete product
Requirements
Preferred: Forklift certification - can also certify on site
Ability to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16-18 per hour
