Job Summary:
This position provides essential support to the Tool Parts Specialist in managing the online sales and inventory of CNC machine tool parts. The Assistant will assist in various aspects of the sales process, including listing creation, order fulfillment, and inventory management. The incumbent will support with the listing and maintenance of systems including but not limited to Ebay, internal CRM, and related sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Support:
-Assist in creating and maintaining accurate and compelling listings on eBay, Craigslist, and other relevant platforms.
-Help optimize listings with relevant keywords and high-quality images.
-Assist in monitoring and updating listings regularly.
Order Fulfillment:
-Assist with the shipping and receiving of CNC parts, ensuring accurate packaging and timely delivery.
-Help coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
-Assist in processing incoming shipments and updating inventory records.
Inventory Management:
-Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all CNC parts.
-Assist with conducting regular physical inventory counts.
-Assist in implementing inventory control strategies.
Administrative Support:
-Provide general administrative support to the Tool Parts Specialist as needed.
-Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Basic understanding of CNC machine tools and parts is required.
-Knowledge of listing for sale items on Ebay preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred but not required.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to lift moderate weights.
