Go to a hardware store and purchase 6 blank yard signs, one For Sale sign, 1 packet of flags, and a black marker.
Write the following text on both sides of the blank yard signs:
"[X] Acres for Sale [PRICE]
[Phone Number]"
Post the yard signs at intersections I'll send you
Plant the flags at the two Google GPS pin locations I'll send you
Post the “For Sale” sign between the two flags
Take a picture of the posted sign with the intersection signs visible
When you send pictures of all 7 signs and the flags, I'll send you your payment using Venmo.
