Networking & Marketing Duties: Represent Alongside Care at community events, networking meetings, and local organizations to build relationships and increase visibility. Assist in distributing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts. Help identify and establish referral sources within the rural community. Share success stories and positive client feedback to promote our services. This aspect of the job has bonuopportunites.
Caregiving Duties: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or needs to the care team. This aspect of the jobn also has bonuopportunites.
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; we will provide training to the right candidate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable building relationships with clients and community members.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
