Our Company is currently looking to hire several call center representatives to set appointments with potential customers. This is a cold calling position "Telemarketing" No inbound calls.
Experience is a plus. "Looking for a Closer"
We pay hourly + commissions + Bonuses + spiff's and have Monthly Contests.
Employees work on a computer which is hooked up to a automatic dialing system.
Qualifications:
1.) Candidates must be good on the phone, energetic, and able to speak clearly.
2.) Must be able to learn a script and retain knowledge of the products we offer.
3.) Must be able to communicate our products clearly and convincingly, demonstrating verbally how our products work and how they can help them save money.
4.) Must be a closer and effectively be able to convince homeowners to set an appointment.
Skills:
1.) This position is not for the shy or quite types and you must be able to handle rejection from homeowners.
2.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.) High level of energy, motivation & enthusiasm.
4.) Must be able to arrive to work on time each day.
Work Hours: Mon-Thur 11am-8pm & Sat 9am-4:30pm
Days Off: Friday and Sundays.
