Applicants for this position should have a paralegal certificate. It is preferred that applicants have experience with outlook, word and essential forms. They should know how to prepare court documents from a simple Substitution of Attorney to more complex documents such as a Request for Order and Trial/MSC briefs. Paralegals are required to manage files from start to finish and work with the clients and attorneys throughout the case.
