Join our reputable general practice in the beautiful and charming community of Big Bear as we seek an experienced Attorney. In this role, you will work alongside two other dedicated attorneys to provide exceptional legal services in a variety of different practice areas. Spanish-speaking skills are required for this position. Qualified candidates will have substantial experience in litigation practice. Attributes such as a friendly demeanor, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit will significantly contribute to success in this position. This is a fully in-person position.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various legal matters across multiple areas of law
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice
- Manage case files and maintain client communications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of service
- Perform discovery and motion writing
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California bar license
- Previous experience in probate law preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work effectively in a busy legal environment
