Seeking an associate attorney for family law office. Attorney should possess excellent writing skills and ability to work and communicate with clients and staff. Attorney will make court appearances, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, prepare points and authorities, briefs, respond to discovery, prepare declarations of disclosure. Attorney should have 1 to 3 years of family law or family law-related experience. The primary courts in which appearances are made are San Bernardino, Pomona, Riverside and Los Angeles.
Salary to start is based upon experience, plus quarterly bonus. Benefits include 10 personal days and paid holidays. Professional liability insurance, health insurance, dental insurance are offered
