Pay Rate: Starting at 20.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable, and responsible Production Lead to oversee our production team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience with hand needle work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production team
- Oversee quality control processes
- Manage tools and equipment
- Supervise associates and ensure efficient workflow
regular work hours: 9am-5:30pm
