Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in order fulfillment, stock management, and familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. A strong understanding of e-commerce operations will be advantageous as we continue to grow our online presence.
SKILLS
Checking in and out carriers
Verifying accuracy of paperwork to system and physical loads
Ability to multi task - assigning doors to drivers, processing paperwork, answering phone etc
Bilingual Spanish/English
Processing paperwork for drivers, leads, and digital copies for customers
Computer skills needed - familiar with copy, scanning, pdt, excel, word, email heavy
WMS experience - wanted but not needed, will train Organizational skills
Attention to detail required - we handle 6 different customers that all have their own requirements
