Hi, I’m Sean Richwine the Owner and operator of Richwine Solutions LLC. We are a small but rapidly growing business specializing in Commercial and Residential cleaning maintenance services. We do various types of services including reoccurring janitorial services for commercial contracts. As well as, residential work like pressure washing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and more. I’m looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, hardworking, trustworthy, and looking for a potential opportunity to build a career through good work ethic and dedication. Experience on ladders, high roofs, and doing physical work is preferred. The person will need to be able to do a fingerprint/ background check as some of my work is with schools. The initial job would be paid as a 1099 employee/ sub contractor with the option to become an official employee once the work ethic is proven.
