Precision CNC machining facility is hiring an experience Quality inspector. Candidate must have experience with inspecting CNC machined and sheet metal fabricated components. Knowledge of GD&T is a plus. Applicants must have minimum 5+ year experience in CNC production environment.
Must be proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparator, depth gage and CMM etc.)
Understand and proficient with principles of GD&T for blueprint.
Ability to read engineering and manufacturing drawings
Experience with Quality Management System principles ISO9001: 2015, AS 9100D etc.
Generate and maintain Nonconformance reports and records.
Participate in Corrective Action processes, including containment plans, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative process
Accurately document the results of inspections and issue Certificates of Conformance.
Possess a good mechanical aptitude and/or prior machinist experience a plus
Able to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, setting priority and goals
Willing to work overtime as needed
