We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mobile Home Park Maintenance Staff member to be responsible for maintenance duties for a mobile home community in Riverside. This non-exempt position will report to the Property Manager and Groundskeeper. It will be part-time weekends, occasional weekdays, and some holidays.
Responsiblities:
General property maintenance, repairs, and cleaning duties of the mobile home office, Clubhouse, and pool.
Lock and unlock facilities in a prompt manner as directed by the Property Manager and Groundskeeper
Daily cleaning of the pool, pool deck and outdoor deck furniture
Answer the mobile home park’s general information calls
Issue guest parking passes and monitor parking
Monitor and enforce pool rules & parking regulations for residents and guests
Trash dumpster maintenance
Minor occasional landscape and grounds maintenance
Clubhouse party preparation and maintenance
Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the community
Perform special projects as needed
Requirements:
Must be willing to work weekends, occasional weekdays and some holidays
Reliable, trustworthy, ability to work well with others
Professional and hardworking attitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge and experience of general maintenance work and landscaping
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check and drug screening upon conditional offer
Ability to stand, walk, stoop up to 100% of the shift, sitting up to 30% of the shift, lifting to 50 pounds, computer use up to 25% of the shift
