Lead solar installers will be responsible for properly leading the installation roof top solar arrays on residential homes or commercial properties and make electrical connections.
Team members must be fit, strong and be able to work in a fast pace, ever changing work environment.
Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs , work in a bent position , have NO fear of working on roofs and must have a healthy/strong work ethic.
Job requires traveling in company truck or personal car in Southern California.
Possibility of piece work available.
Minimum 2 years of previous lead solar installation or roofing experience is necessary.
Knowledge of stepping on clay and concrete tile roofs without breaking tiles is a must.
Ability to accurately read blueprints.
Quality communication and customer relations is required.
Great compensation. $26 - $30/h
