A leading Property Management firm is looking for a qualified Porter to perform daily upkeep services at two multi-family residential properties located in the Azusa/Covina area. This worker must possess skills and knowledge and be able to assist the property manager with daily upkeep. Some required responsibilities for the building include cleaning and trash removal in all common areas, basic pool cleaning, assisting in the preparation of market ready units, light handy work, and any other tasks required by the job and/or assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Three to six months of experience as a Porter/Groundskeeper in a residential, hospitality or similar industry preferred.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to understand basic instructions verbally or in writing.
Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills.
Ability to work around chemical cleaning solutions.
Reliable Transportation necessary
This position is FULL-TIME.
