Municipality in Perris is seeking a Maintenance / Construction & Landscape Worker.
Job Type: Full-time- Temp to Hire
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
JOB DUTIES:
Experience in construction, facilities maintenance, concrete work, paving, including things like painting, plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
To perform a variety of routine manual work in the maintenance, repair, and construction of streets, signs, sewers, storm drains, and related structures.
Use of a variety of power-driven equipment and power tools.
You will be responsible for going to different sites in Perris.
Will be driving a company vehicle and making the necessary repairs in the streets.
Works in inclement weather and performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have High School Diploma.
2 years of Work experience related to facilities and street maintenance activities.
No more than 1 point on your driving record. (if an offer of employment is made)
front loader, skid steer, backhoe, aerial lift, track loader, sit down mower.
