Job Summary
We are seeking someone with a flexible schedule who is looking for full-time employment. The incumbent will work as personal assistant, run errands, and on certain dates assist as Babysitter/Nanny. While babysitting the incumbent is expected to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, including infant and toddler care, and possess the ability to educate and engage children through various activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily routines, meal preparation, and maintain a clean and safe environment for the children. The schedule will vary between what is mutually agreed upon, something to the effect of 1 week Wednesday - Sunday and altnerate week Tuesday - Saturday. Approximately 3 days will be in supporting with personal tasks as described below and 2 days as Babysitter/Nanny.
Duties -
Complete each assigned task - e.g. update dmv records, vehicle insurances, running errands as needed.
The incumbent will primarily work between Lake Elsinore and Murrieta cities.
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child at all times.
Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and diaper changes for infants.
Organize educational games and activities that stimulate creativity and learning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Requirements/Experience -
Valid Driver's License
Must possess excellent computer skills to complete assigned tasks.
Someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and efficient.
Previous experience in nannying or babysitting is preferred.
Familiarity with caregiving practices for infants and toddlers is essential.
Experience in daycare settings is a plus.
Ability to cook healthy meals for children while ensuring safety in the kitchen.
A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth through education and play.
