Highland Palms Senior Estates is a Homeowner Association in a Senior Community.
We are seeking a part time handyman / maintenance person. This is a permanent part time position of 24 hours per week.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to communicate well and follow written instructions.
Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to a team environment!
Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Cleaning includes: power washing, dusting, polishing, disposing of trash, and other duties as required.
Performing outdoor maintenance such as mowing, trimming shrubbery, pulling weeds, picking up debris, cleaning gutters, and other related tasks.
Painting interior and exterior. Repair as needed interior and exterior surfaces.
Operating various types of cleaning equipment and safe handling and disposing of chemicals and cleaning products.
Performs other work as required in support of general maintenance activity.
Paint parking lot stripes and Handicap areas. Paint interior walls, Power wash exterior walls and solar panels. Power wash around swimming pool or other grounds.
Climb ladders to change lighting,
Following all procedures and safety protocols/regulations, including OSHA standards/regulations.
