Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining and providing communication between all associates

currently working in the facility , training , data entry , confirming attendance records ,

overseeing teams of 5+ employees & being involved in the warehouse work environment.

Qualifications

1. Bi-lingual English & Spanish ( Ability to read, write & speak both fluently)

2. At least 3 years of Warehouse experience required

3. At least 1 year of Leadership experience required

4. Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

5. Must be able to demonstrate strong and versatile interpersonal skills & show the ability to

work and engage effectively in a team environment by collaborating with others

effectively.

6. Ability to operate computers , PDA scan technology / shipping computers.

7. Licensed to operate equipment ( Forklift , Bendi , Cherry picker , EPJ )

8. Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more

9. Knowledge & understanding of 3PL , Picking , Packing , Inbound , Inventory

10. Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

11. Demonstrate keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and

order fulfillment

12. Have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with

multiple cultures and customs

13. Data entry Skill & Organizational Skills

14. Must be able to work one weekend day & have one day off during the week. ( Sat or

Sunday )

Job Description :

Locations :Chino & Ontario

Job Title : Deputy Lead

Shift : 8:15 AM- 5:00 PM SHIFT or 9:15am-6:00pm SHIFT depending on location

Full time 40 hours

Schedule : TBD

Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate with warehouse personnel and others to provide and receive information,

resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities

2. Daily Inspection of area environment ( Walk around the warehouse daily to inspect any

unusual activity; Safety Hazards , Trash, etc)

3. Train, provide work, and coordinate the schedules and activities of assigned personnel;

assist in training workers .

4. Monitor the team's performance & provide constructive feedback, and recognize

outstanding achievements.

5. Receive containers & local deliveries in a timely manner.

6. Previous experience receiving and off loading deliveries

7. Picking, packing, and put away experience

8. Assist in the putaways daily to clear the docks to make room for the unloading team.

9. Keep areas neatly organized free of broken pallets, debris & shrink wrap.

10. Keep track of the employees daily attendance and time sheets

11. Answer any questions associates may have in regards to the work duties & or

environment .

12. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance

when necessary
