Qualifications
Proficient in demolition activities, including the use of power tools and hand tools, drywall removal, hack saws, sledgehammers, interior demolition, construction, and general labor tasks
Experienced in tearing down drywall and ceiling panels
Must relocate to Riverside before commencing employment (Required)
Responsibilities
Dismantling drywall, ceiling panels, blocks, and brick façades
Cutting steel studs with a hack saw, breaking down walls with a sledgehammer, and removing boxes and mounts using hand tools
Removing flooring, carpets, shingles, and performing all stages of interior demolition
Benefits
Pay rate: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
Work schedule: 40 – 50 hours per week
8-hour shifts
