Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Technician to join our concrete restoration team. This role blends hands-on work in the field with direct interaction with property managers, builder supervisors and on occasion home owners. You’ll be restoring concrete surfaces, assisting customers with product use and care, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Job will require you to work between San Bernardino County, Orange County, San Diego County and some times Los Angeles County.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site concrete restoration services, including preparation, application, and finishing.

Communicate with direct supervisor

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean, working order.

Document job progress, materials used, start and finish photographs and customer feedback.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in concrete work, restoration, or a related trade preferred (training provided for the right candidate) is not mandatory but helpful.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors, and handling tools/equipment.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must be able to speak English fluently.

Technically literate, ability to use our app based time card system.
