1-Clerical Coordinators (resume) hourly rate of $20.00
Accustomed to working in an office environment. Accustomed to meeting customer deadlines. Computer knowledge and experience required. Knowledge of shipping documents (BOL, Manifests, etc.) Ability to create BOL’s a plus. Experience working with Port to arrange delivery of containers a plus. Candidates who have worked in Traffic or Dispatching a plus. Candidates who are familiar customer routing guides a plus. Experienced accessing carrier portals (trucking companies) for rate searching. Professional conduct and accustomed to heavy phone use. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm on most days depending on workload volume.
1-2nd shift backup support PLANNER for our 2nd-Shift team in key positions, associate would be trained to assist our Expeditor (planner) as a backup and obtain training on receiving and Wholesale processes. $18-$19
2-1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Sunday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm $17.00 STARTS
2-2nd Shift 2:45-11:15pm Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-8:30pm Fridays $17.00
