We are seeking a Building Maintenance person with experience in general maintenance, plumbing and some electrical. Must have a great work ethic and strong communication skills. Must Have your own tools.
Job duties include but not limited to
Preforming maintenance to ensure apartments are in proper condition.
Complete assigned work orders in their entirety.
Problem solve and trouble shoot issue to find solutions.
Advise management if work duties require PROFESSIONAL repairs.
Preform pre-rental inspections to insure the apartment is "move-in" Ready.
Preform other duties assigned by management.
