Act as the first point of contact for visitors, answering phones, and performing clerical tasks to support the office.
Responsibilities:
· Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office
· Answering and making phone calls
· Handling mail, including sorting and delivering it to employees
· Scheduling meetings for employees
· Maintaining office supplies and records
· Performing other clerical tasks, such as faxing, transcribing, and filing
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; vocational
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Strong focus on quality and safety.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service skills
Multitasking and prioritizing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Organization skills
Preferred:
Bilingual is a plus
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Shift: 1st Shift: 8am – 5 PM, Monday – Friday.
Rate: $19-$20 DOE
