Nuvia Water is seeking a part-time, contract HR Consultant to support our growing team. This role will focus on streamlining the hiring process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Responsibilities:
-Place job ads and manage postings across platforms
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
-Support onboarding of new hires
-Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR
-Ensure compliance with all applicable employment requirements
Qualifications:
-Proven HR experience, ideally in recruiting, onboarding, and compliance
-Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS systems
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-HR certification a plus (not required)
