Job Overview:
As a Payroll Specialist duties include processing payroll data, calculating wages, withholding taxes and other deductions, generating invoices, preparing cash deposits, and issuing paychecks. A Payroll Specialist also answers employee questions, corrects paychecks, maintains accurate financial records, and prepares reports for management. A Payroll Specialist must stay up to date with tax laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with OT when necessary
Requirements and Preferences:
Staffing experience is not required but a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
