Position Overview:
We are actively searching for a compassionate and committed Female Live-In Sober Living House Manager to maintain the ethos of our recovery space at Beebe's Sober Living -Women's House. This vital role involves creating a secure, nurturing, and structured environment specifically tailored for women in their journey to sobriety. It's important to note that rent for the manager is free, providing an opportunity for deeper involvement in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations within the house, fostering a harmonious living atmosphere.
Uphold and reinforce house regulations consistently to ensure a drug and alcohol-free residency.
Lead regular house assemblies and mediate any resident conflicts that may arise.
Conduct routine drug screenings and perform room inspections as necessary.
Collaborate closely with local treatment facilities, therapists, and counselors.
Guide and assist new residents through the orientation process.
Manage financial matters for the house, including rent collection.
React promptly to any emergencies, prioritizing the safety and welfare of all residents.
Provide resources and support to residents as they progress on their recovery path.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sober living or recovery with one year plus of sobriety is preferred.
Knowledge of addiction and the specific challenges women encounter in recovery.
Ability to enforce regulations with compassion and impartiality.
Communication and conflict resolution abilities.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
Successful completion screening and drug testing.
