Personal assistant caregiver and community companion for special needs

Hello. I am looking for a personal assistant/caregiver and community outing companion for my 11-year old autistic son with limited verbal communication skills. This position requires someone who is physically and mentally strong, and someone who is able to learn and independently handle my son's needs including behavioral redirection, self-care assistance, clean up of his living areas, and community outing participation in various settings like the beach, hiking, playgrounds, trampoline parks, birthday parties, etc. This position is best suited for someone with experience in a special needs classroom or an ABA clinic. This position is through SDP (self-determination program) which assists individuals with developmental disabilities. The pay is $29.50 per hour and it is an open-ended position meaning that services can be discontinued when they are no longer needed. Most shifts are weekday evenings and weekend days and evenings.
