Medical Office Coordinator/Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Medical office looking for highly motivated employees to join our team in patient care. Job positions include but are not limited to answering phones, data entry, mapping dispatch, problem-solving and de-escalating patient issues, quality assurance reports, and providing outstanding customer service to our patients and clients. Applicants must have a flexible schedule (including rotating weekends) prior office or medical center experience, excellent customer service, and phone skills.
